Defined is a fine second album from Amici, a lovely selection of classic and revamped songs with a good quality of singing throughout. Although it seems Il Divo have cornered the group side of this market, Amici bring a different sound; the voices blend so much better and achieve more dynamic in their songs. They are in a different league to the likes of G4 with their quality. A slight negative is I feel the quality of production on this album isn't as good - I'm no expert but I feel often the voices seem to be swamped and lose clarity. I would love to have heard more close harmonies and less drum beats so their talents could shine more, but I would recommend this album to anyone to add to their collection.

Amici's second CD just proves that talent will always win out. Amici is the original Opera Band and their harmonies and the maturity of their sound just stand head and shoulders above anyone else out there. The arrangements, especially "Aranjuez" and "The Power of Love" are wonderful. The camaraderie between the members of the group comes out in the blending of their voices and their next work is much anticipated.

The talented members of Amici forever - WHO ARE THE WORLDS FIRST OPERA BAND having released their first album in 2003, go from strength to strength. Their mixture of classically trained male and female voices add a depth to all of the tracks, which only they and their beautiful arrangements of classical and new songs, can do. Following on from their first Album, The Opera Band, they have 'Defined' their wonderfully blended voices to reach even greater heights. This one is not to be missed.
