This game is AMAZING !!! I am so glad I bought it because it is extremely detailed with arcraft spanning from the small A319 to the much larger A340 this game also includes the innovative A350 - taking to the skies in 2010. Overall i rate it at 5 stars.

Airbus Fleet, 28 April 2006
Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
The glaring gap in the FS 2004 line-up is the lack of modern European jetliners. Lord knows why this is the case, perhaps MS are being patriotic, perhaps because they and Boeing were both based in Seattle. Anyway, there are two alternatives to remedying this state of affairs- freeware downloads from enthusiast websites, or buying a dedicated add-on product.
Airbus Fleet represents the latter route, and is superb value for money . The aircraft are extremely realistic, with the engine hum on the A330 and A340 subdued, just like the real thing, while the A320 and A319 are louder and cruder, again just like the real thing. The supplied liveries are also superbly detailed, with Airbus new house colours and BA standing out.
Verbal stall warnings, an optional flight management computer and realistic cockpits (that look just like the ones you furtively glance at to the left as you board a real Airbus) all add to the realism, while the plane models integrate perfectly into the Flight Sim way of doing things- Virtual Cockpit view is fully supported, checklists work just as they do for the FS planes, and you select the Airbus you want from the usual Select Aircraft menu once you've installed the package and launched FS 2004.
Overall, well worth getting as it makes FS even more immersive and plausible. Bear in mind that a new FS is due at the end of the year, but for 8 months or so this is a worthy add-on for the money. Finally, the game does highlight the fact that Airbus aircraft are technically much more advanced than their Boeing equivalents on the whole. This is best seen when you fly the A340 and compare it with flying the ageing semi-glass cockpit, no FBW Boeing 747-400. The big Airbuses are like futuristic spaceships- smooth, quiet and effortless.

On one hand, you get a good deal with the amount of models you get, but looking at the price (£17.99), don't expect to get a long-lived enjoyment out of this one timer. There is a complete lack of detail with only the real basic operations, don't expect to get anything more complex than what FS9 allready comes with. The graphics are actually ok, but there is no challenge involved and the virtual cockpit...well, what there is of a virtual cockpit doesn't really excite the gamer, compared to the highly detailed cockpits of some of the software PMDG make.
This expansion is a fairly poor attempt at a quality add-on, and quite frankly, if your looking for a gaming experience lasting over 10 minutes, do not be fooled by the low price, don't get it.
