    Great little player, and at a good price too.

    Like much Philips stuff, the emphasis is on value rather than functionality you don't need. The rocking display is excellent, although the buttons on the side (play / pause / change view etc) need a good squeeze to operate - not that these will be used much once you have selected your music. Sound quality is great, the supplied earphones are OK.

    Slow charge via USB, fast charge via the supplied (very small) charger.

    It's a doddle to use. Integration with Media Player 10 is excellent. Unlike some MP3 players, you can also browse to it under "My Computers" and upload content from it.

    This MP3 player is a simple, brilliant gadget, i have used it many times at the gym and it hasnt stopped once, the battery life is pretty good aswell as it lasts it usually lasts me 3 days using it for an hour in the morning and in the afternoon and whilst at the gym so usully over 10 hours. the volume isslightly above average but sound quality and the headphones that come with it are pretty good. As for putting music onto it it is extremely simple it just links directly into microsoft media player and transfers the songs straight away.
    Overall if you want an MP3 thats easy to use holds a fair number of songs, shockproof and got a good battery life buy it!

    This is more or less a straight out of the box gizmo, provided you charge it first and install the software provided on your PC. Downloading music to it is simple as it fully interfaces with Microsoft media player 10 (rip & sync). Albums take just a few minutes to rip down and load, can't even make a cup of tea in the time taken. Quality of sound is excellent considering the compromises all these Mp3 players and Pods have to make, only a very keen ear can notice. Its size and shape lend it ideally to those sports minded of us, especially with its handy strap-on holder. The stopwatch facility with audible talkback is novel and handy, certainly when you are on the move. Overall a highly recommended petite gadget.
