Synopsis
MADAGASCAR SKIN is the story of an unlikely gay couple, Harry and Flint. Harry, is a young and shy man who can't seem to fit into his local gay scene. Flint on the other hand is a older man with a somewhat mysterious background. Their relationship evolves from distrust to true love.

This movie is supposedly about the developing relationship between to men. However, it is not very obvious from watching the movie. This movie takes itself far too seriously, is rather pretentious and offers little in respect of dialog, plot, motivation or character development. Considering the actors involved I was surprised that the outcome is so disappointing.

As I adore John Hannah, I bought this DVD not knowing what it was like and I was suprised to find that I did not want it to finish. It is a story of two lonely people who find love, Harry (John Hannah) is feed up with the London Gay scene, he has a Madagascar birth mark, which not unusually is a turn off for the Gay Scene, and he meets Hetro Flint (Hill) and frienship turns into love. If your on the Gay scene you will find the film boring, But if you have been there done it, you may find the film a very pleasant viewing.
