Purchased this device as a last hope of retrieving quite a lot of photo's trapped on an old Sony Ericsson K300i phone. It worked!
Installed easily with Windows XP, switched the phones infrared comms on and pointed it at the device. After a few seconds an explorer window appeared with the phones folders on it, selected all the photo files and dragged them across.
Using the free `Float a' software downloaded off the internet also retrieved the phones address book to reload onto a new phone.
If it does the job it's a winner and this did.
