Being a Liverpool fan myself, I cannot find the words to describe the emotions felt watching this fantastic CL Final.
Truly a great event and one that I am glad to be able to own and watch many times over thanks to this superb double DVD release.
The presentation of the DVD is perfect and the content is all that a Liverpool fan could ask for.
I have to agree with the comments that the first disc should not show all the goals before the match has even been played. Basically it shows all the moments you're waiting to see.
I also found it annoying that the time, and to a lesser extent the score, is not shown on the screen except on occasion to complement the commentary. Would have been nice to at least have the time shown continuously at the top of the screen.
However, these comments aside, this package is sublime and a must for all fans of the supreme Liverpool FC! YNWA

Ended up with a few dvd's archiving what was an outstanding year for the team I love. This one is the best by far.

First of all, you get the full match, every second of the amazing European cup final. What more could you need? Bus tour highlights of the team parading the cup through liverpool with hundreds of thousands of fans cheering them on, is an excellent added bonus.

The second dvd shows highlights of all the qualifying, group stage and knockouts leading up to the final. They're match of the day style, showing the shots mostly. Perhaps the Juventus and Chelsea matches could have had more extended highlights. Interviews with players and Raffa the gaffa put the icing on the cake of what is an essential purchase for any liverpool fan. Last but not least, the packaging is great, has a real sophisticated look to it that looks great on the shelf.

My only annoyance with this dvd is that they show all the main highlights in a collage of film, as an intro to the dvd. This is a pain. Get ready to fast forward when it comes on, because it just shows you what you're about to watch anyway.

A totally amazing night that could not of been scripted better. My only annoyance with this is that there is no clock or score during the match.
