death from above made the wrong choice of releasing this song as a single. don't get me wrong black hisstory month is a great song, but it is a disappointed follow up to romatic rights and blood on our hands. the best thing about this release is their take on bloc party's luno. i'm not a bloc party fan, but this version is bloody brillant. the simple yet thunping bassline pulsating throughout the whole song twinned some vicious synth parts put together with some brillant drumming. the best part is his voice. sebastian grainger showcases an amazing vocal ability that completes teh song and blasts bloc party away. 5 stars, but purely for luno.
