3.0 out of 5 stars Wasn't Bad, But could have been alot better!, 3 Jan 2006
This dvd is wonderfully presented in a 2 disc fold open box. From looking at it you think its going to be a very full, exciting dvd exploring holes in the cobain suicide case. It does do that very slightly but it also has interviews an dinformation that is totally not needed, you will know what i mean when you see it.
Overall this is pretty good. As you would expect no Nirvana music included.
Not bad could have been a whole lot better! recommended for hardcore nirvana fans that know a little about this case allready.

1.0 out of 5 stars Huge disappointment, 25 May 2008
By Mark Twain (England) - See all my reviews
I would not say that i am a hardcore Nirvana fan although they are most definitely my favourite band. I have a fairly good knowledge of the Kurt Cobain death story and all the suspicions surrounding the case. What i wanted was this DVD to explore these conspiracies further.

It did not! The whole DVD was rushed with the narrators voice extremely tedious and extremely difficult to listen to. The information provided was pointless and the actual relvant information was skimmed over as if full prior knowledge was already expected. I can confidently say that without an already basic knowledge of the various inconsistenices in the case it would be very hard to see the point and follow this documentary. The making of the this documentary was amateur to say the least and as i watched and hoped it would get better, i was more and more disappointed.

I am not being harsh with my rating and i fully believe that this was potentially the worst documentary i have ever seen.

In conclusion this is a poorly shot, poorly put together, extremely rushed, extremely pointless and extremely disappointing waste of time.

The only plus side is the nice case it is provided in...
