3.0 out of 5 stars One sitting game, 19 Jan 2007
Fun:3.0 out of 5 stars
I really liked this game, but it was way too short, I finished it in under 3hrs, I don't think I've ever managed it before. I only got stuck on 1 puzzle, and after a while thats answer just clicked and seemed obvious.

I would have loved for it to last longer, however we can't always have what we want. I would only recommend buying this game if you can get a good trade in price, as it really won't last long enough to justify buying it at full price and keeping it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Finally - a new point&click game, 4 Aug 2005

... and it's for the DS!

This game is brilliant. It's quite simple to follow, although allows for some out-of-the-box thinking in terms of puzzle solutions. I followed both plots from the start but I know it cane be completed one way and then re-done to get a slightly different ending.

The graphics are cute - combining 2-d and 3-d artwork. A first person view is on the top screen and the characters can be moved using the stylus on the touch-screen below.

The use of the DS is excellent, making use of the touch-screen for most actions (photos, talking etc...) with a couple of puzzles aided by the microphone too.

I agree this was too short - took me about 6 hours to complete (with only one real stuck-section). Im really hoping they make a sequel or something of a similar theme.

4.0 out of 5 stars If you like point & click, you'll love this, 29 Jan 2007
Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This was one of the first games I bought when I got my DS, and I loved it. As a few people have mentioned there is a lot of dialogue in the game, but I like games that tell a story, so this didn't bother me one bit.

I found some of the puzzles easy and some quite tricky. It *might* not suit a hardcore gamer (even of point and click) as they might find it too easy. As a casual gamer, I found this to strike the right balance of having to think about things without getting annoyed by puzzles/challenges which were just too obscure. I only got truly stuck at one point, however, I did have the right idea, but the code I was looking for was a bit hard to make out clearly on the screen. My only other complaint would be that you find an item some way into the game and you know you're going to need it later, but the game won't let you pick it up until you find the item you need it with, thus making you backtrack unnecessarily. A bit of a pain, but overall the you can forgive the game for that.

As a few other people have pointed out, the game is quite short even if you're not a hardcore gamer. I would have given it five stars rather than four if it had been longer. But it is definitely worth buying, especially now it's probably come down in price a bit. I will definitely buy the sequel if they ever make one!
