"Journeys" is the latest CD from this internationally recognised quintet from southern Australia (not to be confused with the USA's band of the same name). Kat, the lead singer, has the voice most soloists can only aspire to, full of depth & resonance, & her vocals are always clear. With 3 female & 2 male voices available, harmonies come aplenty & are both full & rich. That great test for most singers - the ability to excel in performance when unaccompanied - proves no challenge to these accomplished musicians as track 10 will testify. If you like your fare to be rich, powerful & tasty you'll like this CD, & if you want your flavours to have a background of folk then this is guaranteed to delight.
