    As good as titanium but with improvements. The internet option for all these internet stations is good (2500 apparently).They are laid out in a logical way according to style etc. But beware! it doesnt like the windows Firewall it does like Mcafee internet suite 2005 Firewall though.
    A good choice of internet stations which are in 5 hr streams and can be saved if you want to hard disk. But what do you want for the price? The Radio stations are free 24/7!
    Using windows XP SP2 3.0 GHZ Mcafee internet suite .No Problems yet.

    This Mp3 and Wma Encoder is very good indeed. My only problem with this product is the use of the Reverb and Echo enhancers provided with this utility, they're sensitive to much for me. Other than that I really recomend this to anyone who wants to encode, copy their much loved music.

    The product

    Arrives in a DVD style case with a somewhat tacky looking design on the front, which may be somewhat indicative of the "consumer" nature of Magix, as opposed to "professional". The addition of Media Manager software might appeal to those who "collect" or "hoard" mp3s, but for me it was a useless addition. The actual mp3 converter itself is more of a mp3 management GUI environment, than a simple mp3 converter, and may prove difficult to navigate for those who simply want to quickly turn WAVs into MP3s.

    WHAT'S GOOD

    Nothing particularly outstanding, but the software does quickly get down to business, once you've managed to plough through the many useless Star Menu links that it adds upon installation. Once you get the bulky mp3 management program up and running, converting WAVs to MP3s becomes an easy process.

    WHAT'S BAD

    Requires you to connect to the Internet to get product activation code sent to your email. The program is a little clunky and cumbersome with useless features. It would have been nice to have a simple little program for turning WAV files into MP3 files, with professional control over compression quality. Instead I got something that would appeal to a middle class teenager who hoards mp3s.

    This program won't install properly. The splash screen comes up with the program options, including Install. I pressed Install and then nothing happened at all. Read more
