Over the years I've listened to loads of Harold Budd albums. Not all but I'm getting there. Anyway, this is great album. Lovely electronic backing to Budd's piano. Sounds much different to his previous electronic outings, and miles away from his landmark 1980's output with Brian Eno. Throughout the album theres lovely sprinkles of Budds piano, over layers of clicks, stuttering bleeps, and heavy processed reverberated sounds. Blending well together, and not sounding forced. Not quite to the same level of his work with Fila Brazilla but still beautiful. Just hope he doesn't retire after this album, I want more!

Harold Budd is well known for his sometimes highly unlikely collaborations which often have successful and unpredictable outcomes. This time it doesn't really work. At it's best, it sounds like out-takes from Glyph (a great and successful collaboration). At its worst it sounds like two tracks from different recordings somehow got mixed together. Amateurish and disappointing

I've meet Bernocchi in Milano in 90s now I found him with Budd. Amaizing. Experimental, few sounds are funny, like indian beats at second track but is worth to listen to all the album. Very hard to listen but is very deep with full coloured sounds and Budd's piano shape it all.
