The main feature of this CD is Anna Gabriel's video diary of preparation for, and then the performances of, Peter's recent 'Growing up' tour. We see the band at work and play - but there is far more to the film than that. We see them forming bonds and Peter adds a lot of interesting detail about how they work together or how the songs and music evolved. This really is a look inside the tour, filmed by an insider. It is also a pleasure to see Peter's lighter, 'fun' side - the side that we rarely see in interviews or on stage. As one fan puts it - "he doesn't seem to be a rock star, just an ordinary man". But his music and ideas are far from ordinary - and THAT'S what we get insights into.
Other features on the DVD include the MTV video promotional film for 'The Barry Williams Show' and a film of how it was put together under the direction of Sean Penn.
If you are a fan of Peter Gabriel - then this DVD is a 'must buy'.

This is very expensive for a 40min TV-style documentary with a few interesting bits. Squeezing the 'bubble' for all it's worth. This should have been free with the excellent Growing Up DVD. Thankfully, I hired it from Amazon rather than bought it.
