Amanda is easy to set up. She is ideal for blind Children. full of surprises in what she says to you. She is lots of fun. She teaches Children how to be caring. Amanda likes her teeth to be brushed so this could be encouraging for the child to want to clean their's. She takes 3 C batteries. She is rather heavy on them if played with a lot.I deffinatly think she's one of the best toys that as come out for a while, I'm 37 and blind and love her, yes even adults love her!

an extremely interesting doll full of surprises and worth the money although my daughter gets quite agitated at times when the doll keeps asking for her to say amanda even when she does say it and then asks her to repeat it again the biggest downfall is it is extremely hard on batteries i find that within an hour of continuous play the doll requests for her batteries to be changed and as i only use duracell this can lead to great expense pity it cant be recharged however a great doll but expensive to keep going

this doll is a very good fun useful thing but is just a waste of money i can buy somthing better than that i am not sayin that it is crap its not just an awful waste of money
