I've had mine for six months now & in general have to say I'd be lost without it! The PDA function is great, email, word, excel, photo's & music etc easy to use & sync with my laptop either by cable in the office or via IR when on the move!

The mapping is pretty good, although I have either got lost, or been unable to find some locations, the in-built in my last car was the same however... For poor weather & winter use I have just bought an external arial, not arrived yet so will update after a period of use. I travel the country & find with very thick low cloud or in heavily built up cities I struggle to either pick up or maintain a good signal. I would & have recommended to three colleagues who all love theirs too!
