I remember watching this about 10years ago on channel4. It was a fascinating insight into what seemed to be a secret world. Nick Broomfield is excellent, his style of interviewing and the nature of the man himself make this very watchable. The various Mistresses in Pandoras box are also interesting as we see they are all skilled in different ways.
There is plenty to keep you interested here. Although i havent seen the dvd the memory of this on tv, i hope, helps.

An enticing documentary by an experienced journalist who tries to understand the fetish world from a vanilla perspective. The Mistresses are intelligent and charming and love their work. Well worth watching for newbies and experienced players alike.

This DVD was a terrible disappointment. It is boring and uninteresting. Nick Broomfield himself seemed extremely unpleasant. It occurred to me that he was very patronizing towards the people he interviewed. I am still surpised none of the Dominas kicked his teeth in.
The movie is not interesting. It is not amusing. Not funny. Not sexy. Not informative.
Instead it is annoying. *Very* annoying. Consider yourselves warned.
I will for the future make an effort to avoid any product associated with the name Nick Broomfield. Don't waste your money.
