I was quite excited about trying this exercise DVD, but I have to say all it did was make me feel self concious of my flat-chest, and my boring choice of underwear! I spent most of the DVD feeling confused about what I was supposed to be doing, and running round my house trying to find all the props I needed for each section. Of course, every woman has a sexy top hat, a feather boa and a dress they can unzip within seconds...

I'd thought this dvd would be a good, fun way to get fit after christmas. Unfortunately it doesn't really involve much in the way of exercise and i didn't feel inspired to watch it again!!!! It's very slow and boring basically!!!!

I fancied doing something different but I can honestly say this is the worst workout I have ever done. Abi is pretty but looks out of shape compared to her "dancers". I didn't break into a sweat at all. As for a warm up or a cool down, the warm up done absolutely nothing and the cool down was just standard but you really hadn't done anything to deserve any sort of effort of cooling down. Perhaps any male viewers would have needed to cool down but I certainly didn't. To be honest you don't actually get any sort of workout as it keeps stopping and starting and then because you have to keep turning your back, you really don't know what is going on. Absolute pants.....
