1.0 out of 5 stars We're playing a different game, 12 Feb 2006

This game is horrible. I can forgive dated graphics but the repetitive mediocrity of the gameplay is unforgiveable. Courier quests running you from one end of the map to the other are so 90s. The mini-games will have you tearing your hair out particularly as you labouriously pick your way through almost every container.

It's true that combat is challenging. It's also very very poor.

4.0 out of 5 stars SciFi RPG - tough one!, 18 Jan 2006
By A Customer
If anyone is looking for a tough RPG (not an action RPG) then this is it. Not in your usual fantasy setting but sci fi, I think that this game takes it's hat off to System Shock 1/2 rather than tries to copy them.

Some nice touches in there as well, being able to make items from other items and easily switchable upgrades. The RPG element is stat-lite, you gradually earn XP and spend them on about 8 stats.

The tough part is the monsters, of which there are many, and there are few that can be taken out with distance weapons, so you have to take it easy and save often.

Overall this game is recommended, certainly a good time filler until Oblivion/Gothic hit the stores!!

Fun:1.0 out of 5 stars
This is quite frankly the worst game I`ve ever played. Static NPC`S, some of which hover in mid-air, terrible combat, an awful cyberzone set of games in lurid green, and they have the gall to compare it to Deus Ex & System Shock.

Better to by a packet of pins from Woolworth`s and stick them in your eyeballs

Dreadful game.....!
