I was really impressed. Especially with the new music. I bought the DVD out of nostalgia but was so charmed with the concert and the music I went back to replay some songs. Each new song had me anxiously wanting to go get his new CD. I've always felt he was an under rated singer and talent, but this new music is even beyond my expectations. His song he wrote and sang as a tribute to his mom and his kids had me crying. It was exactly how I feel about my child. The musical arangements of his new songs are great. There was plenty of the nostalgia too with some new twists on a few of the arrangements. The extra's on the DVD are really fun and it was nice to see how Donny left in the stuff that could have been embarrassing. IT was a definate "feel good" time. When it was over I walked away in a great mood.

I wasn't sure if this DVD would work in Australia because of the different regions but it does. It is for regions 2 & 4. So buy it up Australians, it is a wonderful concert. His tribute to his Mother, with film of her on the screen, while he sings Whenever I'm in Trouble will send you heading for the tissue box. Donny sings old favourites as well as songs he wrote himself from his new cd and he is a brilliant song writer. There are also great bonus extras with video clips and interviews. With the magical backdrop of Edinburgh Castle this is a must have dvd not just for Donny fans but any fans of great music.

What a fantastic DVD. The sheer talent of Mr Donny Osmond is something to be admired.Where has he been hiding all these years. He was certainly overlooked for the Hall of Fame. Two songs would be excellent contenders for the next single "Shoulda known better" and "In it for Love"(which is mind blowing). He sings with such feeling which is so apparent in "Keep her in mind".He is pitch perfect throughout the whole DVD.He does a spine tingling version of "Don't dream it's over".If there's a dry eye after hearing "Whenever You're in trouble" i'd be very surprised. The emotion he puts into his songs is so touching and so rarely heard of from singers nowadays (especially live).The audience absolutely adore him.He's one of a very few who actually sounds better live than on record.His two eldest sons join him on stage (playing guitar and drums)to do a couple of the oldies. This is a very different Donny Osmond from the seventies, because like all of us, he has grown up, and so has his music. Theres so much more to say about this DVD like behind the scenes footage, interview, picture gallery etc etc.. but I won't spoil it. Go out and buy it, you won't be disappointed.
