Product Description
Manufacturer's Description
One look at the Nintendo GameCube hardware and you know it's different. The compact shape is not only practical--the unique design is symbolic of Nintendo's commitment to focus on creating the world's most original and innovative video games.

The GameCube is Nintendo's first video game console to access game data through a disc rather than a cartridge. Each disc holds an incredible 1.5 gigabytes of information, but has a diameter of only three inches. The disc drive and processor work together with awesome speed, which makes load times hardly noticeable.

The GameCube Controller provides the crucial connection between the player and the game. Two analog Control Sticks, a built-in rumble feature and flawless ergonomic design ensure that the Controller feels and plays perfectly.

On their own, Game Boy Advance and GameCube are each powerhouse game systems. Together, they make an awesome team. Using the GameCube Game Boy Advance Cable, the Game Boy Advance can be connected directly to the GameCube. The features available will change depending on the game, from exchanging data or unlocking new game levels to allowing the Game Boy Advance to be used as a supplemental game screen or input device. Look carefully at game packaging to see which games are compatible with the cable.

4.0 out of 5 stars Hmmmm....., 22 May 2005
By Andy Rae (England) - See all my reviews
Ahh... the bongos. a primitive instrumet which can only be found in the outbacks of the sahara desert. A soon as my first Gamecube crashed I started looking at bundle packs so that I could finally complete Resident evil 4. although the special Gamecube resi 4 look intriguing, I wanted to buy a different game with the same console, (as there really is no point buying resi 4 again). The bongos themselves are reasonably solid, and don't feel to light.
The best way to describe the game is almost like Dance Dance Revolution, where you have to use directions to the mucic, but instead of directions, you use a big pair of plastic bongos. there are 4 different symbols - red, in which you have to hit the left bongo, yellow, the right bongo, pink, both bongos and a blue, in which you have to clap your hands.
some of the songs you can play you only wnat to endure once. ( the DK Rap and The salsa mix of the Super Mario Brothers are some of them.) ther are some genually great songs to bongo away with. Don't Stop Me Now is an excellent example.
there are some problems with it though. the clap sensor is too reactive, and some times even talking too loudly can mean that you lose a high scoring combo. this is especially annoying when playing a Jam Session with friends.
Finally, I would reccomend this Bundle pack For any one who is buying a Gamecube an
