what a hit! My children love this video. Kristi Dear really makes this video fun and educational. The video teaches my children why it's important to exercise and eat healthy, while also teaching them were their muscles are and how they work. My children are even asking to eat fruit and veggies for dinner! I love this DVD and highly recommend it.

get fit kids is not good and my kids find it very boring.
it has no continous picture of the inseructor 1 secand it show the instructor next secand small kids allover the place and ridiculous songs. i would not recoment for children over five.
