The CD12 cordless drill from JCB is a great quality cordless hammer drill that's perfect for both home users and tradesmen alike and will make short work of a wide range of tasks.

Packaged in a heavy-duty moulded carry case, the drill includes a wide range of features. A 13mm keyless chuck means you need never worry again about losing chuck keys and makes swapping out bits quick and easy. There's also a smoothly graduated trigger that gives great control, regardless of whether you are using the unit for screw-driving, regular drilling or hammer drilling.

The drill's flexibility is enhanced by 16 torque settings and variable speeds of 0-350 and 0-1050 RPM, making use of the machine's two gear settings. Other features that enhance the drill's usability include an electric brake, rubberised trigger and soft grip handle.

All in all a great value tool, offering a range of features designed to make any job as quick and easy as possible.

Battery recharger will no longer charge the battery rendering item useless. This happened after 15 months of occassional use. Otherwise I had been very pleased with this...
