Product Description

Product Description

As with its predecessor, TY the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue provides players with an opportunity to return to the Australian Outback as the boomerang wielding TY the Tasmanian Tiger in this whimsical and engaging character action game.

This new game picks up where the original left off but in a bigger and more entertaining manner as players now have the opportunity to experience and explore "down under" by navigating through the new, wide open 3-D environment by foot and vehicle while interacting with a cast of more than 100+ indigenous characters. Whereas once thought to be extinct, the game brings the Tasmanian Tiger back to life--along with many other extinct and non-extinct animals--in this beloved franchise. Fans can now enjoy more excitement and adventure, with more boomerangs, "Mech units" with special powers and abilities, off-road open world action, and a wide variety of gameplay styles including 2-player multiplayer cart racing.

2 STARS FOR THE FACT THAT THIS GAME KEEPS YOU PLAYING BECAUSE YOU ARE WAITING FOR SOMETHING TO ACTUALLY HAPPEN-ITS LIKE TECHNO HEROIN!-NOT GOOD!
This is as bad as it gets these days, this game has a way of getting you interested and then leaving you wondering what it was all about and with a massive sence of whens something going to actually happen. the hub system of reaching levels via an extremely slow buggy/car is a nice touch the first time you use it but after the 2dnd time you have to use the car/map system of finding quests only to find on arrival at the quest that it is a simple painting by numbers hop and a skip about the level and then its all over. the structure of the game is a real winner but sadly the content seems about 40%completed and the whole experience leaves you feeling like you are completeing a chore rather than having a great gaming experience-i will say that it keeps you quite hooked for a long time in the hope that the game will actually start propperly sometime, steer well clear and get a platformer like tak 2,spyro heros tale or wallace and gromit project zoo to challenge you and give you something to do rather than driving round doing nothing except gettiung frustrated, anyone who has played this will agree that the mud on the roads between levels is easily one of the most frustrating things ever seen in a game-why add this slow down to a car that barely moves anyway?
