Synopsis

The town of Roswell, New Mexico, has been haunted for decades with accounts of a looming alien presence. The popular television series ROSWELL takes that concept one step further, as aliens become everyday teenagers. Four alien-human hybrids (Shiri Appleby, Jason Behr, Katherine Heigl, Brendan Fehr) have been sent to Earth to wait for the day when they'll return to their planet and save their race. Season Three sees the finale as their fates are decided after the shock departure of Tess in the previous series..

I was happy to see that the 3 Roswell seasons were being released on DVD, especially this last season. For those of us in the UK, it is probably the first time we have seen it. This is because BBC decided not to air it due to low viewing figures, apparently. It was only ever shown once on Sky television, something that not everyone had at the time.
The final season is good, and a fitting conclusion to the stories set in the first 2. All plot ends are tied, and it is probably the best acting from the cast, as they have had a long time to fit into their role.
If you enjoyed the first 2 seasons, the 3rd will not disapoint!

As most of the Roswell die-hard fans will know it's a great shame that the series was axed after only 3 short years, because otherwise it could well have reached a 5th season this year. But in this 5-disc package you will be able to watch the finale 18 episodes!!! The acting is flawless, the writing and directing is a work of art, even the lighting can make you sad! It's so great to see such a great (but short-lived) show reach immortality on DVD! Make the right choice: buy it!!!

Season 3 is by far the best season in the whole roswell series. The acting is amazing with the human characters of Liz (Shiri Appleby), Maria (Majandra Delfino) and Kyle (Nick Weschler) really coming into their own. We also go back to the original idea of the Max and Liz relationship that i think was sorely missed in season 2. The chemistry between Jason Behr (Max Evans) and Shiri Appleby is as present as ever.
Fans of Jason Behr will especially enjoy 'Busted' the first episode of the season. The last episode will have every dreamer fan in tears as it is the perfect end to the series.
