Bluetooth headsets have come down a lot in price. This Sony Ericsson model is reasonably priced, easy to set-up and offers good sound quality. My headset survived an unintended full wash and spin cycle in a washing machine and it still worked afterwards (please don't try this too)!

There is no need for a lengthy review of this headset. Quite simply it works, is nice and loud, and after a while you forget you're wearing it! Perfect to stay legal when driving. It bonds to your phone with no fuss, has a good battery life (helped by having no pointless LCD screen) and uses the same charger as older generations of Sony Ericsson phones. Please note, any newer phone (K750i onwards) will use the new Sony Ericsson charger, so you'll be back to carrying 2 mains leads with you.

The sound quality is good, battery life is very good. The controls are simple and pairing with your phone(s) is very easy. It can be paired with several phones if you want to - but only one at a time can be "active". The soft ear hanger is comfortable to wear for long periods (unlike some headsets I've used), but if you don't want it sitting on your ear all the time, it comes with a very useful clip-in lanyard, so you can wear it round your neck and simply pop it on to your ear when the phone rings.

The snap-in fascia panels are a nice touch, allowing the wearer to choose a colour to suit their outfit and/or mood.

There are three easy-to-use control buttons on the headset - volume up, volume down and a function button used to switch on/off as well as accepting or rejecting incoming calls, or initiating voice-activated functions on your phone (if it supports them). A discreet green flashing LED confirms that the device is powered up and linked to your phone. It flashes red when the battery needs charging.
