This cordless is what I wanted - it looks and feels good. But my one big disappointment is that it doesn't have the "10 number Name and Number Directory" as stated in the Amazon description. What you get is a 10 number "Quickdial Directory". Ten phone numbers can be stored against digits 1 to 10 but not against names. So, I have to remember that "1" is for Mum, "2" is for my brother, etc. Having said that, it's a great value item and has a quality feel to it.

The battery last 20 minutes when it has charged for a day, connections drop - often just doesn't work.

You would think the technology to manufacture phones is pretty establish by now...guess not. Would highly recommend ANY other phone.

There is no way to stop the base from ringing one style ring to the one set on the hand unit. If the two matched there would be no problem so unit returned for refund. BT did not consider this important when notified.
