Nice looking kettle, loved the lights.. BUT blue light gave out after 10 days, so back to Amazon for a replacement. After 3 days this started to leak water into the base. The water ran out of the hole thru which the on/off switch operates onto the work surface which was a bit worrying... So back to Amazon, this time for a refund. Great sevice from Amazon, let down by poor product.

Sadly, this kettle was, for me, a total waste of money. This kettle was advertised with all it's promise of reliability and 'simmering function' etc., but within 1 week the lid hinge had broken. My husband fixed this but then the bulb went so we had no funky blue, violet or red lights anymore! It's now a couple of months down the road, and the thing is in the shed, along with all the other rubbish I have acquired, having packed up completely. Cheap and plasticky and very unreliable. Was so disappointed, couldn't even be bothered to find the box, pack it up and return it!

Beware!

After only 4 days of using this kettle, the light has already stopped functioning, and it is a 'no glow' area!!!! So, a very disappointing product.
