This is the best coffee filter/maker I have ever bought.I have been using mine now for about three months and it has never let me down. It has a huge reservoir and I can use virtually any size of cup under it. I have really large cups and find I have to tilt them to press the button by it works just the same. Kenwood even suggest that you can use loose tea leaves in the brew master so you can have fresh tea too. Having a timer on it is pure genius because you can set it for when know you are going to arrive back in from work or for when you wake up in the morning. Another good thing is that you can start drawing off coffee when it is still brewing. I find that after about 2 minutes I can start drawing off my first cup. It is also dishwasher safe, I put the bucket and filter etc in mine and it comes out lovely. There is also no more burned coffee, the coffee is stored in the bucket which you previously emptied the water from and there is a little metal disc in the bottom which is in contact with a concealed heating element. And having the 2 hour cut off is brilliant too because I used to forget to switch the machine off and was faced with chipping coffee away from a glass jug whose spout must have been put on backwards because it spilt everywhere. There is no spill with this, but it does have a nice little drip tray too.
