How to size your stability ball?It is important to choose the correct size of ball and have it inflated properly. When seated on the ball, your thigh should be parallel or slightly above parallel to the ground. For those with back pain, a slightly larger ball is often better, so the thigh is above parallel.

    This very simple product is an effective and fun fitness aid. It comes with instructions for six basic exercises but there seem to be plenty more to try.
    Seems very robust for something so light and bouncy! It doesn't squeak or creak or anything - just works basically.
    Its an average sized ball and says that its suitable for up to 14 stone weight. That said check your facts before you buy as its important to get the right sized ball to suit you (there are height or arm length guides out there on google).
    Obviously being big you should think about where to store it (or use as a seat I guess!) and you'll need an electric pump to inflate it. The picture shows purple but looking at the side of the pack it seems to be pot-luck on colours (I got blue which is quite nice).
    I'm very impressed with it and hence the review - I reckon at the price offered you can't really go far wrong.

    I was sure that when I ordered this item it said it came with a pump. It does not....at least I did not get one. Upon reviewing the details post delivery I can't see any reference to it having a pump, so I must be wrong!

    Be aware, if you order this item it does not come with a pump!

    I think they were sneaky because it is not clear from the description that you will have to buy a separate pump just to use this.
