Maximum ease-of-use with simple, intuitive on-touch buttons.

I've been using my HP 1215 Series combined S/C/P for over a year now, and have always found it to be practical, reliable, and very user-friendly. All instructions are simple and easy to follow - wether printed or via a wizard - and print copies are always clear and smudge-free. When I originally purchased it, the price was a fraction under £100.00 - a figure I was more than happy to pay, given the product. Now that it is currently being offered for around £65.00, I would reccommend that you gtab it with both hands. Minor moans are the cost of replacement ink cartridges and the added cost of a USB cable, which really ought to have been included - but these apply to the peripherals industry in general as opposed to this product in particular. If I lost mine tomorrow, I'd immediately replace it with the self same product, and I guess that's the acid test.

Had it about 2 months now. Quick and easy to set up (~10Mins)
Excellent quality and easy to scan / copy / print. I've also printed a few photo's of great clarity. (beats my old epson). Only drawback is the number of paper jams that I've had.
Having said that, it's very easy to clear the jam and continue with the print job (I printed a 20 page doc today and had 6 jams)
It's also compact and quiet. I would recommend this printer for it's price and print quality as long as you can put up with the jams.

What I want when the box arrives, is to have it unpacked, set up and working easily and fast. And this is exactly what you get with this all in-one.The 'set up poster' which arrives with the unit is so, so easy to follow,large print and pictures of exactly what you need to do.
Once up and running, prints ,scans and copies perfectly.
Recommend you purchase the USB lead too.
