The red coated forged aluminium alloy handles have rubber cushion and shock absorbers to reduce the impact at the end of cutting, protecting the hand and wrist. A toothed centre-nut is for aligning the play between the heat treated hardened steel cutting and anvil blades, guaranteeing a clean and precise cut. The cutting blade has a wire cutting notch and sap groove.
