This album is so good i play it when i'm playing the Driv3r game. It feels like your in the game and creates a weird feeling.

Tracks and when they are used in the game:

1/ C'mon and Try - Mellowdrone.....Used in the opening scene for Miami.

2/ Big Brat - Phantom Planet.....Used in the opening of the making of Driv3r in the extras mode.

3/ Gimme Danger - Iggy & The Stooges.....Used when Tanner is working for Calita in a video

4/ Bowels Of The Beast - The Raveonettes......Used somewhere in the game, but you'll love it - it's so western/modern.

5/ Boy From The City - Slo-Mo.....Used in the video after the 1st mission in Istanbul when Jones lands in a plane.

6/ Destiny - Syntax.....Used in the trailer with the police car going past a window with guys playing cards. (Only people who have seen the trailer will hopefuly know what i mean.)

7/ Ripe For The Devil - Okuniev.....Used in the opening scene for Istanbul.

8/ Move Over - Teddybears Sthlm.....Used in the main menu.

9/ The 2nd Evolution / Stand Off - Narco.....Not used in the game but very good song.

10/ Evil Brother - Narco.....Again not used in the game, weird, but somehow good.

11/ Black Thread - Los Halos.....Not used in the game.

Amazing. This music puts you in the driving seat and creates a unique atmosphere. You can taste the tyres burn and the dust in your mouth. This music is simply outstanding.
This CD also features VIP acess to diver 3 website and deleted scenes from the game.
This is a must for any DRIVER 3 fan.

While there have been mixed reactions over the game itself, DRIV3R features an excellent soundtrack that doesn't seem very special at first. I certainly didn't pay much attention to any of the songs when I first heard them during the game, but I purchased the soundtrack anyway and was pleasantly surprised by the talent on offer.

The first track of the album called "C'mon And Try" is a searing big beat track infused with seedy atmosphere (the same track that accompanies the opening credits of the game). Other notable songs are "Destiny" and "Static in the Cities" which are perfect examples of the feel and atmosphere of the game.

Its easy to tell from the game's FMV sequences that the developers wanted more than just good graphics from their movies. They wanted true atmosphere, tension, and emotion, and most importantly... Style. The soundtrack they have picked to accompany the movies are incredibly appropriate in this respect. This is an extremely rare quality in game soundtracks that feature various artists. And by listening to the soundtrack, you also gain a better appreciation of the FMVs when you watch them again.

Overall, this is a recommended purchase for any music enthusiast, regardless of whether you liked the game or even if you haven't played it at all.
