Well, as you'd expect, a lovely set of tunes played beautifully. What I like about this is that it is a very straightforward set of recordings. No tricks, no effects, much of the time John is playing just one instrument with no other accompaniment. But there's tremendous verve and drive in the playing. It's a masterclass in how to play squeezebox for English dance.
