5.0 out of 5 stars Vol 37, 9 May 2004
By A Customer
Volume 37 is the very last release of the superb Season 7 and includes the feature length season climax Lost City which also sets up the story for the all-new Stargate spin-off series, Atlantis, which is currently being filmed.

In Lost City the SG-1 team makes an amazing discovery- information which will lead them to learn the location of the Lost City of the Ancients and use that race’s technology to save the galaxy from evil Goa’uld oppression.
Just as they are about to remove the vital information, however, evil forces launch an attack…

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent and a memorable performance!!!!, 4 April 2005
Stargate Sg-1 have come a long way since the beginning and now face an iminant threat from the half ascended Go'a'uld Anubis. They have recently discovered a repository of the Ancients located in the ruins of a temple. They rush there in order to gain the location of the Lost City which they believe is inside the Repository. Once again O'neill gets the knowlege downloaded into his brain, he did this in an act of despair since Anubis had arrived in search of this information himself. Dr.Weir is an representative from the UN who negoitaites for peace and to stop funding the United States milatary. The President asks her directly to run the SGC since they wanted to have a "friendly face" in charge once they go public. General Hammond gets sent to Washington to deal with the current situation at hand. Meanwhile at the SGC, Jack writes in a crossword the name of the Lost City. Daniel realizes it has six syllables and figures out the gate address. So Jack,Daniel and Sam go there on a ship procudure by Teal'c. They find out that the Lost City is on Earth however they are at an outpost which was left behind by the ancients. Jack takes back a power source later known as a Zero Point Module(zpm) which would power the weapons of the lost city. They hurry back to Earth and hope Anubis does not realize the location before they do. Once they arrive in Antartica they use the ring platform which had been modified by Jack to dig throught the ice. Jack activates the millions of drones which attack the Go'a'uld ships. Jack becomes weary since his brain has totally been taken over. Does he Survive? well i cant give everything away but i trully recommend you watch this and i can Guarantee you will not be disapointed!!! A MUST SEE!!!!!
