Superlative Small Screen LCD Performance
The KLV-26HG2 television features a W-XGA and XGA super wide angle LCD panel respectively to deliver the exceptional picture quality of the WEGA Engine" system. With improved clarity, more natural colours and contrast plus sharper images, these sets represent a major breakthrough in small screen LCD performance. Both models sport the latest slimline design with aluminium fascia and new side speaker styling, making them ideal for smaller living rooms, studies and even bedrooms where space is at a premium. The KLV-26HG2 is the first 26 LCD television from Sony and offers customers a mid-size option for larger locations. Like other WEGA Engine" televisions, both models feature a 170° viewing angle for multi-positional entertainment.Focusing on Connectivity
As well as 2 SCART sockets, front AV inputs for camcorder connection and audio output terminals for linking up with home theatre systems, the KLV-26HG2 includes a Memory Stick slot with JPEG/MPEG1 compatibility. This makes playing back video clips and viewing still pictures stored on Memory Stick media quick and easy and ensures effortless interaction with other Memory Stick products such as digital still cameras, digital camcorders and VAIO PC's. With connectivity becoming increasingly important in business and leisure, Memory Stick compatibility is essential for fast, convenient access to digital data.
