Synopsis

Where the loony cops left off in the first three films, the motley misfits have taken over C.O.P. - Citizens On Patrol. Commandant Lazzard has decided that volunteers from the community will be trained by the crew in blue to spot crime as part of a neighbourhood watch scheme.

Yes it is more of the same but it is still a great film. The community get involved in helping keep the street free of crime with hilarious results. Number four seems like taking the sequel thing to far but they still managed to make another three films after this.
