It wasn't until I started watching this DVD and recognised so much of the content I realised I had already seen this programme many years ago and that the date of 2004 given on the Amazon site must be a re-release on DVD from a previous format, so when I reached the credits, I was not surprised the date 1992 rolled up. I quite enjoyed this DVD but would have preferred to see much more of the scenery through which the train was travelling rather than so many visits to places which I found a trifle boring, consequently ran it on in places. Also being filmed 15 years ago, the whole picture quality was much paler than a modern 'shoot' would have been and I needed to adjust my tv to get slighter better, although still disappointing, viewing. I have two more in the series to watch which I bought at the same time so will expect a similar quality. I do however feel it would be an advantage to know before ordering whether or not an item is an updated version as this appears to be and I am interested to hear other folks reviews of the various titles in this series
