Janet is back yet again with another masterpiece of musical genious. The guitary "Just A Little While" is the perfect lead single off her new Damita Jo. It is classic Jam & Lewis production with bubbly chorus and verses filled with sexual comments vailed by the upbeat nature of the song. The song debuted on the US charts at #45 and since has been falling off the chart. This is due to the all rap top 20 that we are experiancing in america. Its hard for a pop single to crack the top 20 recently with the only exception surpisingly being "Toxic" by Britney. Besides its chart preformance this is a solid track which deserves to become her 1st UK #1. Her second single the r&b "I Want You" has be rushed to US radio to counteract "Just A Little While" I hope this isnt the case across the pond.

A bit left-feild to Janet's earlier stuff but all the same, being a fan i am with Janet on this song. Its perfect for the weather ahead (if we ever get any sun that is)

If you're into summery, cheerful tunes with good beats and catchy hooks, then this tune is impossible to dislike. Its got everything it needs for the perfect summer anthem. If you dislike poppy tunes - then this wont be for you.
But I think the dotmusic review summed it up best - put it on, and dance round your bedroom to it. Blast it in the car with the windows down. It is such an infectious tune, personally I find it hard to sit down and listen to it, cos I just know Im gonna be on my feet 2 seconds into the tune.
Slightly different from her usual style - but was produced by Dallas Austin rather than her usual Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. But it's a helluva catchy tune!
