Its a very good idea to have two batteries for your power tools (unless their mains operated of course), as it can be quite infuriating to be in the middle of a cut when the battery dies out.

This particular battery works fine, i've had no charging problems and no usage problems either.

I got this battery with a Quattro powertools set. Can't have used it more than about 20 times in about 7 years and now it won't hold enough charge to even drill a little hole in a wall. Not impressed, but can't be bothered to buy an entirely new set, so will have to buy a replacement.

I have an old quatro drill, jigsaw, sander, which was all but useless and I was about to throw it out. However, I noticed that Amazon advertised a new battery for the quatro at a very reasonablr price. Now I have a fully functioning tool that works like new.
