I purchased one of these planes in New York last April. When I got it home it did not work. I have looked on the web site and the plane is the subject of a recall due to overheating batteries. I have been unable to call Spin Master Ltd (manufacturers of the plane) to see if there is anywhere in the UK that could exchange it for me. I might be a lot of fun if it worked but I am disappointed that I have had no response from the manufacturer concerning my problem.
