This is a great compilation!

If you're curious about 'Shoegazing,' re-kindling an old flame for the 'scene,' or into bands like Snow Patrol, Beta Band, Elbow, My Vitriol etc and want some background then this is THE best place to start.

Like the other reviewer says there could have been loads more on here and one or two aren't the best tracks by particular bands ( that's why it gets a 4 not a 5)BUT, and it's a big but, the quality of songs is still fantastic!!!

Other bands/albums in this vein which, in my opinion, are well worth a listen are...

Levitation-Need For Not
Chapterhouse-Whirlpool
My Bloody Valentine-Loveless(of course)
Curve-Doppleganger
Verve-Storm In Heaven

Go on...try it...you might like it!?!
