OK, so I've seen the first two episodes and like the first series am absolutely hooked. I wanted to play Football for life but edged out to follow a less finacially rewarding career. I'm not saying I want to be like these characters, but... it does seem to show glimpses of reality from time to time(did I really say that). I like the analogies you can make to players and managers and the surreal reality/comedy/harsh story lines. Yes theres the very pretty girls and the fast cars, drink, drugs, broken marriages but who cares, it's not like most of us will ever know... its great fun and gripping viewing.
**FANTASTIC**

The worst acting you can imagine but YOU GET HOOKED. There is something about it the you get addicted to. The twisted stories maybe the screenplay.. I don't know.

It is nice to have their money but not their lives

I think Footballers Wives Series 1 & 2 are the best show ever, i am eagerly awaiting the sale of Series 3 on dvd, and Series 4 on the T.V in the Spring!!. I think all the characters are exellent and well thought out not to mention that the Actors and Actresses play their parts really well. The Story lines can be over exadurated but hey aint that what makes it a whole lot better to watch?.......well i think so anyway!!, Footballers Wives is definatly for the Girls, brilliant for a girlie night in.. a must have in your collection if you love sexy men....... chocolates ......... and to veg out infront of the telly for a few hours!!! Happy Watching Girls!! xxxxxxx
