Enabling you to assume the role of a malevolent mastermind bent on achieving global domination, through the construction of the ultimate doomsday device, Evil Genius gives you all the dastardly with none of the mutley. Build a secret base, gain notoriety by completing daring missions, repel the forces of justice in real-time combat, and develop evil super-weapons to complete your nefarious master plan.

5.0 out of 5 stars Megalomanic heaven, 3 Nov 2004
This is by far the game i have always wanted to play. as a politician to just once be able to play the bad guy from bond and actually win is so much fun.

It does take a little while to get use to layout and some of the world domination techniques but once u know what your doing its so much fun.

There was so many times i could just feel like breaking out into an evil diabolical laugh, especially when you have the several super agents in your prison cells and you order their 'interrogation'

I want ruin the ending but all i will say is that when the red button appears for the launch of the doomsday weapon be prepared to go 'MWAH HA HA HA HA'

a totally top notch game, that lasts for a very very long time.

5.0 out of 5 stars Pure Evil!!!!!!!!!!, 24 Oct 2004
I purchased Evil Genius when a friend of mine recommended it. I didn't really think it would be that special but I purchased the game anyway. As soon as I began to play I knew that this game was a winner. You begin with a lot of money, a depot and a base entrance on a remote island in teh middle of nowhere. One thing that I absolutely love is how the base is built into a cliff. When you want to build a room, one of your minions runs to your strongroom, takes a briefcase of money, runs to the depot, buys some dynamite, goes the the room that is soon to be excavated, places the dynamite there, runs away a short distance, gets out a remote, presses a button and theer is a huge explosion, then the dust settles and a cover is put over the new room. When the cover is withdrawn you have a wonderful new room! See why I love it? As you get more powerful you can unlock new objects and minions. You can build laboratories, armories, power stations, freezers to store bodies in and so many more. You can buy hundreds of items and research better versions of ones that you have with the research machine that you have to steal from Japan. Send your minions off to different countries to steal or plot acts of infamy or build a vast number of traps with motion sensors and pressure pads to catch those agents before they discover your holding cell or a valuable item that you have looted. Finally you can create the ultimate doomsday device hidden within a volcano and achieve total world domination!!!!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Evil Genius is the best game ever, 7 Oct 2004

Ever wanted to be the evil, criminal ,mastermind? Well now finally here's your chance! You get to take over the world and in one mission you even get to steal the Eiffel Tower! How cool is that?
Also you get to design your own booby traps (heeheehee), and you can capture and torture prisoners (my favourite is strapping them to the firing range and having someone shoot them where it hurts).
You see, you have to get this game (try the demo if you're not sure about it).
