    I have purchased this product and it is working very nice. I put it on the table in the office as well as on my bed. There are two fans working to suck airflow beneath the laptop and keep the circulation of air so as to keep laptop cool. The design look good. The steel finishing on top looks cool. There is a small compartment under the fan to hid the USB cable and there is also a switch to turn it on or off. Great product and great value.

    I work a lot on the computer mostly with design programs so the notebook fans are always on and the heat coming from my HP notebook was intense so I decided to try one of these cooler pads out to see if it made any difference.

    Now I have a 17" widescreen laptop so I wasnt sure if it would fit on this once I lifted it out of the box, as it did seem quite small, but the feet just sat on the edges so was lucky enough.

    It plugs into a USB slot but still keeps it open as it has an adaptor attached to the end for another USB. There are 2 fans which run at 2 speeds High/Low I have them set to high and it is nothing but a small hum you hear, hardly noticeable, very quiet!
    As for cooling the laptop down, after using it for 10 hours straight, the base of the laptop is cooler than when I turned it on! Even keeps the battery pack cool which always got quite hot.

    Overall well impressed with this product an absolute bargain if you use your notebook a lot and produces a lot of heat. I can even get this into my notebook bag too and carry it about with me. Its very small and portable!

    I have REALLY expensive Alienware Laptop, which is on 24/7 basically. After even a few hours - the heat is overwhelming and you feel like ur money is getting sizzled away just by having the power on. I recieved the cooler this morning and was shocked at how cool my laptop stayed ALLDAY!!! Now i dont have 2 worry about it crashing, slowing down, or even worse causing irrepairable damage!!! A MUST have - you wont regret buying this.
