After the ultimely demise of Hector, Molly has been to Africa trying to get away from it all. She returns to the stately Glenbogle to discover that Archie has a new vision for the estate – wolves! But the wild animals are not the only newcomers to the estate which cause problems. Archie appoints a new housekeeper as a surprise for his fiancée, Lexie – unfortunately she feels undermined and overwhelmed by the gesture. The marriage plans are in jeopardy, the two women are fighting so Archie delivers Lexie an ultimatum – choose her future, to remain as a cook or become the Laird’s wife.
