I recieved this exercise work out about a week ago and from first watching the introduction I could see that there would be hard , but effective. A pre warning for this exercise you need a resistance band, some weights and maybe a towel.
You do need a lot fo room, but there is a lot of exercises where Joanne tells you how to do it if you haven't got room.
This is the first exercise dvd that I have bought for a long time. The last video I had was the Rosemary Conely NEw body by design this wasn't very challening and I needed to go up a step.

Get this DVD if
1. You like going to aerobic workouts.
2. You have easy mobility.
3. You want to tone up quicker and will put in a lot of exercise.

Don't get this DVD if
1. You find aerobic classes go too fast for you.
2. If this is the first exercise video you've done in along time.

There are a number of postive things on this dvd, this includes that Joanne talks to you one to one and very personally.
If you do get a bit tired there are easier parts of the exercise to do.
There is also two good workouts where you lose a lot of carlories and you imediently feel energised and active.

So take this advise if you buy it good luck and I hope you lose weight.

As a size 24 I was looking for an exercise video which i could follow easily but also increase the workout as I became fitter,toning exercises for specific areas and one that I could fit in around my daughter.This one ticks all the boxes for sure.With 5 different sections I could do as much or as little as I had time for(normally during my daughters nap time or even before she woke up)or as much as I was physically able to.Joanna Hall is joined by 2 other ladies who show you the easier and the harder option which is great as you dont feel demoralised or intimidated if you cant do the harder option straight away but also gives you something to aim towards.Joanna Hall is great,she takes the time to explain everything properly so you know how to stand,breathe,feel and where to concentrate on (unlike some celebrity workouts I've tried)Thanks to Joanna Hall I'm now a size 18 and continue to use her video.I'm fitter and more toned than i've ever been in my life and am continuing to improve as I am now physically able to do more of the sections in one go and workout at the harder level.

Well, As it is after christmas my new year resolution was to carry on exercising and to keep fit, I have been looking for a decent exercise routine since the middle of last year and i think i have found the one! This video works the problem areas of every woman, it is very easy to follow as Joanna talks you through all the way. The DVD is great as you can chose what order you would like to do the 5 separate sections. The rotine lasts for about 1 hour and a half but too be honest I did not even notice I really felt this worked even after the first time i used it.
I would recommend this too everyone from beginners to intermediates!!
