Ja Rule has been plagued recently by 50 Cent, he promised to come back bigger with a second installment of the 'Venni Vetti Vecci' album - reverting to the street rap style that made him famous. This comes in the shape of 'Blood in my Eye'.

Outlawz member Fatal Hussein appears on 3 of the tracks, 'The Life', 'Blood in My Eye' and 'The Wrap'. Other tracks especially 'Race Against Time 2' show Ja's ability to easily revert back to his street style. All of the beats on the album are solid and deep - real street.

The only thing stopping this from getting 5 stars is perhaps a lack of brand new material, as many of the tracks(e.g. The Wrap) have been previously released on mixtapes.

Still, a must for any Ja, Murder INC, Def Jam or even hard rap fan.

Yo I ain't never been a fan of Ja Rule, but DAMN, he kills it on this album. After recieving verbal attacks from left right and centre, Ja hits back at all on this all street album. Packed with Hussein Fatal, from 2pac's Outlawz, Ja loses his tag as the R&B rapper and brings it back to the street. All tracks on this album will have u hooked after 1 listen, the album is hot. Ja hits out directly at the rappers opposing him, Eminem, Fiddy, Dre, Snoop... The final 2 tracks are freesytles to older beats, where Ja and Hussein rip it up, its Murder and The Wrap, direct disses at the Shady/Aftermath camp. The only reason I bought this Cd was to see if Ja could reply to the attacks he has taken, and damn right he has. Check it out if you don't belive me!!

i was not happy when i got this its the follow up 2 the last temptation i thought it would be like that but it was not its all about 50 cent its just a diss cd dont get it GET THE LAST TEMPTATION ITS EXELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
