4.0 out of 5 stars worth checking out, 18 Feb 2009

(REAL NAME)
This is more than just another album by a renowned session gituarist, in this case,Bowie's live sidesman on and off for over three decades. You get vocal tracks as well. The ones which feature Joe Elliot and Martha Davis really rock and Robert Smith's contribution is above average. The Bowie track is probarbly the weakest of the vocal tracks on offer here but completists will want it anyway as it would fit onto one of his recent albums without difficulty.
The instrumental tracks show a guy at the top of his form.In short an unheralded little gem.
