Well, this is a good little EP. La Muerte Viva! has 6 songs that are all worth your listening to, but they lack the certain spark that makes their self titled album such an amazing listen. Don't get me wrong, these are amzing tracks but the album is much better, which really says something. If you want a low price introduction to the band, then this is good.

In days when we are surrounded in punk-pop nonsense like Good Charlotte, Offspring etc, The Bronx are a welcome relief for those of use who value intensity and integrity in our music. The Bronx smash into your senses and don't let up until the cd finishes leaving you breathless, this band are going to be huge within the punk listening population. OK they are no Fugazi or Hot Water Music but the lyrics are intelligent and have something to say - for a change. Hopefully the bronx will inspire others to follow the hard route to respect than the easy route to money, money, money.
