5.0 out of 5 stars No problems, 9 April 2006
By John Hughes (Grangemouth, Stirlingshire United Kingdom) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
I bought a Netgear WGT624 108 Mbps Wireless Firewall Router and use it in conjunction with a Netgear WG511T 108 Mbps Wireless PC Card. I am a Telewest 4MB cable broadband customer. I am running Windows XP on my PC and Laptop. I had no experience of networking before my purchase. Set up router within 15 minutes, PC card took about 10 minutes. I have been running the wireless network for just over one month now with not one problem. Excellent signal, speed and coverage. No problems with overheating, despite constant heavy use. Would definitely recommend for use with Telewest broadband users.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic!!!, 23 Aug 2004
By A Customer
Super fast delivery from Amzaon of another quality product from Netgear (already had WG511T). Had my wireless network setup in no time using the wizard. It automatically detected my NTL broadband connection and prompted me to upgrade the firmware. I really like the IP address allocation which is missing from other well-known routers.

4.0 out of 5 stars Worked great with NetGear DM602UK and BT ADSL, 1 Feb 2004
By A Customer
Set up the Netgear WGT624 108 Mbps Wireless Firewall Router with the NetGear DM602UK and BT ADSL. Once we changed the default IP address and changed the setup
This combo setup could have been clearer in the NetGear instructions which is why I only gave it 4 stars. Also the two units are too light to stay flat on the table with cables tipping them over backwards.
